This second course is designed to introduce the student to the further theories of energy purgation, tonification, regulation and cultivation. In addition, techniques will be taught to strengthen the body's protective energy field (Wei Qi) as well as techniques used to avoid absorbing Toxic Qi while working with clients. Students will begin to develop energetic assessment and projection skills.

Students are led through a progressive series of advanced Shen Gong (Spirit Skill) meditations and exercises, used to develop advanced intuitive assessment skills. Students will also learn the Medical Qigong General Protocol which is the foundation for all MQ Qi Emission protocols.

What is our class schedule?

  • Class begins Friday, December 9th promptly at 10:00 AM and will end by 5:00 PM.
  • Classes on Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th will begin at 9:00 AM and will end by 5:00 PM.
  • Class on Monday, December 12th begins at 9:00 AM and will end by 4:00 PM.
  • We will have a 90-minute lunch break that is typically from 12:00 to 1:30 PM each day.

Where is class and where do I park?

The HRart Center is located at 1018 N George St. in York, PA. Street parking is typically easy and free, though we do have access to the parking lot across the street as well at St. Peter's Lutheran Church (947 N. George St).

What should I bring to class?

Please feel free to bring any of your favorite snacks or drinks along with you to your session. We always have coffee, tea and water available. You will also have access to our refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven and microwave.

It's recommended you wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. You might also want to consider dressing in layers, since your body temperature will vary depending on the posture or pose. 

It is also best that you come prepared with materials of your choice to take notes.

What good places are nearby for lunch?

For lunch we are limited on options within walking distance but are centrally located to several places that are within a few minutes drive.

Do I need to purchase all five textbooks to take this course?

In order to grasp a true understanding of the topics covered in this course you will need to invest in the textbooks. However, all five do not need to be purchased at this time. You may start with Volumes 2 and 3, this is assuming that you already purchased Volume 1 for the prior course.
